Chase Burke is a Partner and co-founder of ROME Real Estate Group. Chase specializes in the leasing and sales of retail commercial properties in the Greater Sacramento Area and brings valuable experience to every transaction. Chase began his career in commercial real estate in 2016 at Ethan Conrad Properties, Inc. Chase worked his way from Associate to Senior Vice President of Retail Properties at Ethan Conrad Properties within a 5-year period, prior to founding ROME Real Estate Group in 2021. Chase has successfully closed over 650 transactions in his career, totaling over $1.7 million square feet, with a total transaction volume of over $120 million. Chase earned three (3) Broker of the Year Awards at Ethan Conrad Properties (2017, 2019, 2020). He also earned the Sacramento Association of Commercial Real Estate’s (ACRE) Rookie of the Year Award in 2017 and ACRE’s Next Gen Retail Broker of the Year Award in 2019. A native of Sacramento, Chase has real estate in his blood. His parents own and operate their own residential real estate brokerage in the area and Chase obtained his license and starting closing deals in 2010 when he was in college at California State University, Sacramento (CSUS). Chase thoroughly enjoys the business and working with his clients to achieve their goals. In 2018, Chase was awarded Rookie of the Year at Sacramento's ACRE Broker of the Year Awards, which marked an important milestone in his career.
