
Andy Jonsson is a Partner and co-founder of ROME Real Estate Group, Inc. A Sacramento native and a graduate of Christian Brothers High School and California State University Sacramento (Sacramento State University), Andy blends a dynamic career in commercial real estate and accounting. Andy graduated from Sacramento State University and majored in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Accounting Information Systems. Andy is a proud member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Association of Commercial Real Estate. His journey in the professional realm began at a major national accounting firm which culminated as a manager with the CPA certification (expired). Andy oversaw large teams engaging in financial audit and consulting services for medium to large sized companies and not for profits across various sectors, including Food & Agriculture, Oil and Gas, and Healthcare. Transitioning into commercial real estate in 2018, Andy rapidly ascended to Vice President of Brokerage at Ethan Conrad Properties. His remarkable track record encompasses personally brokering hundreds of commercial real estate transactions including representing landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers. Andy’s expertise lies in investment sales, identifying value-add commercial real estate opportunities, and leasing commercial properties in Northern California and the Central Valley. His deep understanding of real estate markets, combined with his accounting acumen, positions him uniquely in the industry, making him a pivotal asset to ROME Real Estate Group and its clients. Andy lives in Sacramento with his wife and two young children and currently sits as the Board Chairman of the not-for-profit Easters Seals Superior California.
