Sam was born and raised in College Station. He attended Texas A&M University where he studied Urban Planning with the College of Architecture. After graduating in 2018, Sam went on to work for a commercial general contractor. This experience in the construction industry provided him with the skills and knowledge to be a successful property manager. Sam also holds his Real Estate license and works to find clients solutions in office, retail, and warehouse real estate. In his spare time, Sam enjoys playing golf, spending time outdoors, and traveling.
