Rachel Waters

Rachel brings the elements of trustworthiness, loyalty and the desire to go above and beyond to every assignment she undertakes. Since the completion of her bachelor’s degree at Mount Mercy University, Rachel has garnered valuable experience in communications, fundraising development and restaurant operations. As a Cedar Rapids native, she has a strong connection with her community and a desire to see local businesses and initiatives succeed. Owning and growing a local residential real estate portfolio piqued Rachel’s interest in commercial real estate, ultimately leading her to GLD Commercial and the Angie Glick-Martin team in 2023.
