In addition, Dante has also been involved in more than 150 acres of land sale transactions. Dante's expertise has always been in sourcing land/development opportunities in the Inland Empire for spec ground up development. Through that process, Dante has always been hands on with every client of his from sourcing the land opportunity all the way to leasing or selling the building.
