Ellis Logistics Center is a modern distribution facility designed to accommodate high-volume logistics and e-commerce operations. Spanning approximately 631,011 square feet, the building offers a robust infrastructure with an 8-inch concrete slab (4,000 psi), ESFR sprinkler system (K25.2), and LED lighting equipped with motion sensors. Its 40-foot clear height at the first bay supports significant racking capacity alongside 87 dock-high doors with mechanical levelers and three ground-level doors for flexible loading solutions. The site features 205 trailer stalls, 176 auto parking spaces, and 35 EV-capable stalls. Fully secured concrete truck courts measuring 175 and 185 feet provide ample maneuverability for heavy vehicles. Additional features include a 4,000-amp main service panel expandable to 8,000 amps, and possible future rail service. The facility’s strategic location in Perris, California ensures exceptional access to major regional highways and intermodal yards, making it an ideal hub for large-scale distribution.
