Born and raised in Boca Raton, Chad combines deep local market knowledge with a relationship-driven approach that has earned the trust of landlords, tenants, owner-users, and investors across the region. A graduate of Saint Andrew’s School and Florida Atlantic University’s College of Business, Chad has built his career around helping businesses grow by identifying strategic real estate opportunities that align with their long-term goals.
