Will Florence is a commercial real estate broker with Marcus & Millichap in the Houston office and a member of the National Land & Redevelopment Group. His specialization centers around land tailored for commercial and residential development, as well as agricultural and recreational land. His knowledge of real estate in the greater Houston MSA, in addition to staying up-to-date on the latest development policies and trends, helps his clients maximize their investment and aids in allowing his clients to make informed decisions. His passion for real estate stems from having the ability to make positive impacts to communities, and guide families that have had land for generations, through a smooth and comfortable transaction. Will is a native Houstonian, has a degree in entrepreneurship from the University of Alabama and is actively involved in Breeders Greeters committee in the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. Will is an avid outdoorsman and has two wonderful black labs.
