Steve Economos

Steve began his career in 1993 at Grubb & Ellis where he earned Orange County Rookie of the Year and later Senior Marketing Consultant of the Year. He then opened NAI Capital’s Orange County office in 1999, was twice the #1 broker in NAI’s 16 SoCal offices, and became NAI’s Investment Council Chairman, where he led strategy for investment brokers across the nation. In 2010, Steve helped found 360 Commercial Partners before selling it to JLL in 2012. He has qualified for both the CCIM and SIOR designations (based on education, performance, and ethics), has had letters on commercial real estate published in the Wall Street Journal, and has lectured on real estate brokerage at UCI, CSUF, and Chapman University.
