Before transitioning into brokerage, Steele worked as an Analyst at NavPoint, gaining hands-on exposure to underwriting, asset evaluation, and deal execution. He also brings additional experience from internships with respected brokerage firms in Denver and Los Angeles, further strengthening his foundation in investment analysis and client advisory work. A Castle Rock native, Steele earned a full-tuition merit scholarship to Pepperdine University, where he completed a degree in Business Administration and a Certificate in Conflict Management. His analytical approach, disciplined work ethic, and commitment to client service guide his work on every assignment. Outside the office, Steele enjoys golfing, skiing, riding motorcycles, and spending time with family and friends. He is proud to continue building his career in his home state and remains focused on cultivating long-term relationships and contributing to Colorado’s dynamic and growing commercial real estate market.
