Utilizing precise marketing and negotiation skills, Mr. Lorja assists his clients with acquisitions and dispositions of net leased properties and shopping centers in a variety of markets nationwide. He works tirelessly to provide guidance and create value for his clients, which include major franchisees, developers, and high-net-worth individuals. After living in Albania for much of his life, Mr. Lorja moved to the United States with his family in the late 90’s seeking opportunity for a better life. Prior to joining CIRE Partners, Mr. Lorja opened and operated an Italian-style family restaurant. After a successful sale of the restaurant, Mr. Lorja subsequently launched an online re-sale business while attending college. This business transacted thousands of goods while generating exceptional returns on investment, and was a precursor to Mr. Lorja’s passion for deal-making and real estate. He takes great pride in his, work ethic, market insight, and enthusiasm.
