
Mike Ciosek, SIOR holds the title of Executive Vice President, Designated Broker, and shareholder for the Kidder Mathews office in Phoenix. He specializes in the sale, lease, and development of industrial and creative office properties. The Kidder Mathews Phoenix office was founded in 2016 by Mike along with some of his colleagues. The office started with a total of 9 brokers, and they have worked to grow the office to currently provide for 40 commercial brokers, 7 appraisers, 7 property management professionals and staff. Mike Ciosek and Eric Bell have worked together as a team for 18+ years and are considered industry experts in landlord, buyer, and tenant representation as it relates to investments, acquisitions, build-to-suits, and land acquisition/disposition. Their primary submarkets are in the Northwest Valley and Deer Valley areas along the I-17, Loop 101, Loop 303, and West I-10 corridors. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Mike served as a senior vice president at Voit Real Estate Services, and Colliers International Phoenix, where he and Eric Bell were consistently named a top producing team in Arizona. As a team, they have sold approximately 50% of all industrial buildings in the Deer Valley submarket. Mike and Eric have averaged over 100 sale and lease transactions annually from 2016 – 2023. They have completed over 1,000 sale and lease transactions over the course of their career with a total transaction volume of over a billion dollars.
