Jeri Blake

Jeri Blake is a commercial real estate advisor with more than 25 years of business experience and 9 years in real estate, providing strategic guidance to investors, business owners, and developers across a wide range of commercial transactions. She is the co-founder of a commercial construction company she and her husband owned and operated from 2001 to 2015. During that time, Jeri developed extensive experience in negotiation, project management, estimating, scheduling, documentation, and business financials—skills that continue to inform her practical, detail-driven approach to real estate. In addition to brokerage, Jeri has personally acquired, sold, and currently owns income-producing assets, giving her firsthand insight into acquisitions, operations, and long-term planning. She specializes in helping clients navigate complex transactions, development opportunities, and acquisitions with clarity, diligence, and confidence.
