
Eric has specialized in the sale, lease, and development of industrial properties for over 20 years. His focus remains on the freeway-served markets of Greater Phoenix that include the West I-10, I-17, Loop 101 and Loop 303 corridors. Partnered with Mike Ciosek for over 18 years, the team is considered industry experts in landlord and tenant representation as it relates to investments, acquisitions, build-to-suits and land disposition. They also were co-founding members of the Kidder Mathews Phoenix office in 2016. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Eric worked with Voit Real Estate Services where he and Mike Ciosek were consistently named a top producing team in Arizona. As a team, Eric and Mike have sold approximately 50% of the market share of industrial buildings in the Deer Valley submarket in the past seven years
