Don Mortensen is an Arizona native and has been a licensed Realtor for the past 16 years. He has brokerage and consulting experience in residential, retail, office, and industrial real estate. In 2006 and 2007, he was the top sales broker for 1st USA Commercial Properties. He has a great understanding of the real estate market and knows how to negotiate a deal. Don understands the importance of constant education and is up to date with the latest real estate research and technology. He is a CCIM Candidate, a member of Urban Land Institute, and a member of the Phoenix College Real Estate Advisory Board. He earned his bachelors degree in Business Management and Masters of Real Estate Development from Arizona State University.
