Christi Pritchett is a Senior Broker for LSI Companies. She has worked with the area’s largest home builders, developers, and construction firms. Her expertise in large-scale development planning and entitlement strategies allows her to provide value-added services to LSI’s brokerage clients. Christi is a fourth-generation native of SWFL and a graduate of the University of Florida where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. She is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is an Executive Board Member of the Charlotte County Economic Development Partnership (EDP).
