Chuck Salley is the Vice President and Director of Industrial Brokerage Group. He is practiced in all aspects of Industrial brokerage to include leasing, sales, build-to-suit, site acquisition, investment sales and consulting. Chuck has been with Colliers since 1981 and has completed over 900 transactions in his career. He is a recognized industrial expert and has represented many national and multi-national companies with their real estate needs in the Columbia market including United Technologies, Lennox Industries, Howden Buffalo, ESAB, Sony Corp., RNDC and Mainline Express. Chuck has also provided valuable consulting work, site acquisition and leasing services for many national developers to include Panatonni Development, Red Rock Developments, Kirco and Miller Valentine Group. A lifetime member of the CCRA Circle of Excellence, he received the CCRA Commercial Transaction of the Year Award in 1997, 2002 and 2013. Chuck was named the Top Sales Associate, Top Leasing Associate and overall Top Producing Agent for 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013. Chuck has received numerous recognitions from Colliers for outstanding service. In 2003, 2007, 2010 and 2013 he was the recipient of the Walter M. Keenan Award and the Colliers’ International Award for the largest industrial multi-city assignment (participant). Chuck is also a six time recipient of the Colliers South Carolina Award of Distinction for overall production and has received Colliers’ South Carolina President’s Award. Chuck is past President of the Carolina''s Chapter of SIOR and is a member of the 2012 Everest Club recognizing the top ten percent of all Colliers brokers in the United States. Chuck is a former chair of the Palmetto Health Children’s Hospital Board and former board member of the Congaree Land Trust. He is currently serving a three year term on the City of Columbia Board of Zoning Appeals.
