Her real estate journey commenced around 2007, and by 2013, she was actively selling properties in Midland- Odessa- West Texas and beyond. In another notable instance, Cassie adeptly handled a project involving rail and rail spur acquisition in TX. In other requests, She worked diligently for a client who needed access across approximately 150 acres to the highway, negotiating with multiple landowners and tracking down members of an estate scattered across the country. Ultimately, she secured the necessary access & acreage to facilitate her client's plans. Her expertise encompasses industrial buildings, rail and spur logistics, and marketing strategies for land, industrial, commercial, and truck stop locations, all of which require comprehensive knowledge and skill.
