Bennett Mahon

Bennett Mahon is a commercial real estate broker with Reedy Property Group in Greenville, South Carolina, focused on investment sales across the Upstate market. Bennett got an early start in the industry, growing up around his father’s residential property flipping business. He earned his South Carolina real estate license at 18 and has run a fireworks business since he was eight. He holds a B.S. in Financial Management from Clemson University, with an emphasis in Real Estate and a minor in Accounting, completed in three years while working full-time. At Clemson, he served as President of the Undergraduate Real Estate Club. In 2026, he received the Rising Star award at the Southeastern Commercial Real Estate Awards. Bennett is currently pursuing his CCIM Designation. In his free time, you will find him on a run, fly-fishing, with friends, or scrolling Costar.
