Andrew Lubinski

Andy joined Colliers from another national firm to expand Colliers’ market share throughout the Upper Midwest, and specifically in Wisconsin and Iowa markets. Andy is responsible for multi-state site selection, tenant representation, and disposition projects. Andy is specifically focused on major industrial properties in secondary markets as well as projects in the food production and climate controlled warehousing sectors. Andy has successfully completed more than 33 million square feet of transactions since 2015, which includes leasing the largest available distribution center in the state of Iowa in 2018.
