Zander Thomas

Zander Thomas joined Stream in 2020 and serves as a Vice President within Stream San Antonio’s office division. Zander is responsible for developing new business opportunities, financial underwriting, and advising clients on real estate transactions. His expertise lies in advising local and national occupiers on office relocations, expansions, right-sizing, lease restructuring, financial analysis and forecasting, and negotiating advantageous financial terms and concessions. Throughout his tenure at Stream, he has closed more than 150 transactions, representing more than 1.2 million square feet. Prior to Stream, Zander worked at Barshop & Oles Company, where he was responsible for leasing and developing a real estate portfolio of more than 2.5 million square feet. Zander graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and minors in Business and Real Estate.
