Yuriy Vaynshteyn

Yuriy Vaynshteyn is the owner of Estate Ventures, a full-service real estate firm. He was the previous owner of Carolinas Metro Realty and Engel & Völkers Charlotte, but as the commercial business expanded, the transition to Estate Ventures was made. Throughout his years of real estate leadership, Yuriy has supported teams of top producing agents, full-time employees and experienced brokers in two locations, specializing in residential and commercial REOs, short sales, property management, relocation, and general brokerage. Yuriy has been a Charlotte resident since 1991 and is a graduate from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Prior to his move into the real estate industry, he had held senior management positions with IBM for 14 years. As involved as he is with his business, Yuriy is dedicated to his three sons and enjoys skiing, biking and being active in the community. Yuriy is also bilingual, speaking English and Russian.
