Xavier Nolasco

Xavier began his real estate career in 2012 starting with a small boutique real estate firm and later working with CBRE Group Inc. (NYSE: CBRE), a global provider of real estate services. He has since built a loyal client base due to his strong work ethic, creative solutions, and client first focus completing more than 250 sales and leasing transactions. In 2020, Xavier joined Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL) to partner with Steve Wagner and Zach Niles where he will continue to focus on representing Industrial real estate owners and occupiers. He is currently a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association (aircre.com) and NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (naiop.org). Currently living in Huntington Beach, California with his wife, Thuy Tran, son, Benjamin Noah and daughter, Penelope. When not working, Xavier enjoys spearfishing, mountain biking, golf, and planning family outings.
