William Heim

Bill is a senior board member and shareholder of Lee & Associates. Based out of the Ontario office, with an additional office in Redlands, he specializes in the origination, structuring and assemblage of land for major institutions, provides the advisory and brokerage services for firms in the acquisition of regional warehouse/manufacturing and corporate headquarters facilities. These clients include Gillette, General Electric, Cooper Tire, Petco, National Stores, and Magnussen Presidential. Additionally, he has extensive experience representing a broad spectrum of clients in all phases of the disposition of surplus property. His primary focus is in the representation of institutional clients in the sales and leasing of facilities throughout the Inland Empire.
