He is responsible for leasing of the Middour Investments’ portfolio while representing multiple landlords within the Atlanta flex and industrial markets. Having an advanced knowledge of the metro Atlanta real estate market, Will helps to identify and acquire investment properties for both his clients and the Middour Investments team. He strives to ensure a seamless, organized and persistent effort to maintain maximum occupancy while increasing property valuation. A four-year letterman on Georgia Southern University’s baseball team, Will brings his competitive instinct to his real estate transactions.
