Walker Floyd

Walker Floyd serves as a Market Associate in the Dallas Industrial division. He is responsible for assisting in project leasing assignments, as well as marketing and business development efforts in the Great Southwest Industrial submarket. Walker joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2021 as a Market Analyst. In this role, he assisted in all project leasing assignments, as well as marketing and business development efforts for the Dallas Industrial Group. Walker is a graduate from Texas A&M University, where he received a BA in Finance from the Mays Business School. He is a Texas Real Estate Commission license holder and also worked at Holt Lunsford Commercial as an intern in the Summer of 2020 assisting in tenant representation transactions.
