Tucker Hohenstein, SIOR

Tucker Hohenstein joined SRS in 2026 as an Executive Vice President. He specializes in the leasing and sale of industrial, R&D/flex, office, and land properties throughout San Diego’s North County submarkets. Representing landlords, tenants, developers, and lenders, Tucker strives to deliver service excellence and is committed to accelerating the success of each of every one of his clients. He has established a reputation as a trusted advisor known for market expertise, disciplined execution, and a consultative approach. His strategic vision and market knowledge provide solutions to the challenging commercial real estate market. Prior to joining SRS, Tucker held senior leadership and brokerage roles at Colliers where he earned numerous sales and service awards and consistently ranked among top producers. He also has experience at Cushman & Wakefield, Burnham Real Estate Company, and Grubb & Ellis. Tucker’s commitment to his clients has been evident throughout his career, resulting in a high degree of client satisfaction and repeat business. Tucker holds a B.A. in anthropology from the University of Southern California, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honors Society. He also earned an MBA in real estate finance from USC. He is a member of SIOR and NAIOP.
