Tony Simone

Tony Simone is the Realtor with a Heart, who gives up to 10% of his commissions to Valley Children’s Hospital. During the past two decades, Mr. Simone has successfully been involved in all phases of real estate investing, development and management across all asset types. His experience includes more than $500 million of acquisition, disposition, development and financing of commercial and residential real estate throughout California. Mr. Simone has also served on various non-profit boards and committees which include: Access Plus Capital, the AgOne Foundation, and Valley Children’s Hospital. He has received a B.S. in Finance and a M.B.A from California State University, Fresno.
