Timothy brings a unique blend of entrepreneurship, marketing expertise, and deep community ties to his work in real estate. A Marketing Executive since 2008, and now business owner, Tim is no stranger to navigating complex processes, a skill he now applies to helping clients through one of the biggest decisions of their lives: buying or selling a home. “I see myself as a real estate co-pilot,” Tim says. “My clients know where they want to go, I’m simply here to assist them in getting there. Like a loyal co-pilot or a trusted golf caddy, I handle the details and watch for turbulence so they can stay focused on what matters most, their home or investment.” Tim is deeply rooted in the Central Minnesota Community, having served in many leadership roles. He and his wife have been married since 2008 and are raising six children together. Real estate is a long-time career goal for Tim, one that now complements his continued service to clients both inside and outside of his marketing agency, Agency511.
