Steve Tiemann is an accomplished executive with over 30 years of commercial real estate, financial, and legal experience. He has helped real estate investors, developers, and owners of retail, office, multifamily, medical, mixed-use properties, and Quick-Service Restaurants maximize their returns on their investments. Steve's commercial real estate experience includes transactions, negotiations, financing, and development. In transactions, Steve is experienced in managing the acquisition, development, and sale of commercial investment properties, land, and residential portfolios; managing the sale-leaseback of absolute NNN lease investment properties; structuring build-to-suit developments; and supervising the leasing of commercial and residential properties. He has experience in developing negotiating strategies and handling complex negotiations with sellers, investors, potential equity partners, and lenders. Financing experience includes structuring equity and debt for real estate developments and corporate real estate strategies. He is also qualified in identifying and analyzing development strategies, and managing the planning, design, permitting, and development of commercial, mixed-use, and residential projects.
