
For the past 18 years, Steve Davis has been bringing his fast-paced, detail-oriented approach to assisting clients with their commercial real estate needs on the Central Coast. Whether representing a small business looking for their first storefront or an established industrial client looking for the next manufacturing facility, Steve’s market knowledge and incisive analysis has enabled the team at McCarty Davis to find the best solutions for complex real estate needs for hundreds of clients. After graduating from Stanford with a BS. in Industrial Engineering, Steve built his expertise progressing through an array of jobs that have allowed him to develop his unique skill set. Working as a management consultant for Arthur Young & Company gave Steve an in-depth access to solving complex corporate strategy and implementation problems. Opening a marketing and graphic design business, enabled hands-on assistance to small businesses launching and larger business competing for more market share. Steve honed his networking and operations expertise through management positions in the hospitality industry (directing alumni resorts and conference centers for both Stanford University and University of the Pacific), being CFO of a medical research firm and working as an analyst for the Dean of the College of Liberal Arts at Cal Poly. These experiences have given him the ability to understand the nuances of businesses and deliver highly effective real estate solutions. Steve currently is a member of the SLO Chamber Business and Economic Council. Past volunteer efforts have included being President of the Board for the Food Bank Coalition of San Luis Obispo County, Member and Chair of the CLO City Parks and Rec Commission and a Board Member of the SLO Youth Sports Association.
