Seth Pite
Seth Pite is a Senior Associate, Brokerage on the Infinity Investment Properties team specializing in central beach cities commercial real estate. A native to Pacific Beach and La Jolla, Seth has been immersed in these markets since graduating from Texas Christian University with a major in Entrepreneurial Management. Seth is very passionate about serving both the property and business owners of his community, while providing the most comfortable and transparent experience possible. Seth primarily focuses on sales and leasing and is a true market expert in his territories, having completed upwards of 30 sales and lease transactions within his first three years in the industry. Seth is also an active member in the Pacific Beach Town Council and involved with the Pacific Beach Historical Society. In his free time, he enjoys exploring the outdoors whether it is being in the ocean, mountains, desert or anywhere in between with family and friends.
