His Sacramento roots led him back home in 2008 where his emphasis has been representation of a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from local and regional companies to many high-profile projects and institutional owners throughout the Greater Sacramento region. Over his career he has completed over 900 industrial lease and sale transactions with an aggregate value of over $1.7 billion. His core specialties include: industrial owner representation, buyer and tenant representation, IOS leasing and sales, cost-reduction strategies, build-to-suit transactions, design-build projects and disposition of corporate surplus properties.
