Scott Christy
Scott Christy is a Vice President on the Industrial Services team in the San Antonio office. Scott works with clients on their leasing and acquisition requirements, along with identifying new project leasing and sales opportunities across Central Texas. Scott has over two decades of experience, most notably spending ten years as Vice President at Colglazier Properties, Inc., where he specialized in industrial sales and leasing. He handled tenant representation assignments for both industrial and office transactions, and managed industrial and flex facilities. Scott also brings valuable experience as a Commercial Escrow Officer at Alamo Title Insurance, closing a range of complex commercial real estate transactions.
