He is a member of Investment Properties-SoCal/Phoenix, considered one of the premier investment sales brokerage teams in the Pacific Western United States. Sammy specializes in the sale of office, medical office and industrial properties throughout the Inland Empire, and represents institutional and high net worth owners with their real estate requirements. Sammy’s in-depth knowledge of the Inland Empire allows him to best position assets during the marketing process, which has attributed to the team consistently achieving new pricing records for clients. Prior to joining CBRE, Sammy spent 2 years at Lee & Associate’s Irvine office where he specialized in the sale and leasing of office and industrial product throughout California. While at Lee, Cemo received numerous achievement awards as continuously being the office’s highest producing Associate. He is a graduate of Chapman University, where he was a captain of the men’s lacrosse team.
