Ryan Robinson

Ryan Robinson is a Transaction Manager with the CBRE Global Corporate Services group, focused on the industrial needs of several large international and Fortune 500 companies. He serves these corporations as primary transaction coordinator, helping secure warehouse and distribution space across the United States as well as Canada, Mexico and South America to ensure a consistent portfolio-wide approach. In addition to transaction coordination, his responsibilities include strategic preparation and execution of client strategies that reflect their long and short-term corporate real estate goals. Mr. Robinson specializes in financial and lease analysis, site selection, asset valuation, lease administration, portfolio optimization and lease execution. He focuses strongly on the client relationship and is passionate about creating value. Prior to joining CBRE in 2014, Mr. Robinson was the Director of Research with Richard Bowers & Company, a local Atlanta real estate firm. He oversaw the Research function, provided a wide range of real estate and due diligence assignments and published quarterly reports on the trends in the Atlanta Market.
