Robert Ip

Robert Ip is a real estate veteran that has worked on all types of real estate transactions. He prides on himself on being a trusted advisor to his clients, helping them achieve their goals in leasing, acquisition, or disposition of real estate. Robert specializes in retail and creative office leasing, achieving great outcomes for both Landlords and Tenants in the changing face of the retail and office environments. Also, a specialist in investment sales, he is experienced at acquiring and selling all asset classes, ranging from student housing, residential income, retail, office, and industrial real estate. Robert has a MBA from the University of Southern California, with an emphasis in real estate finance, and a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. As an undergraduate at UC Berkeley, he was a member of Cal's Men's Volleyball Team. As a graduate student at USC, he was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, which is an honors organization whose members have achieved academic excellence in the area of business studies. When not doing real estate, Robert is involved for the Boy Scouts of America, and also a coach in Little League. He currently resides in the San Gabriel Valley with his wife, daughter, and son.
