Riley Hanson

Riley Hanson graduated from California State University, Long Beach where he received his bachelor’s degree. Right after school, Riley got his start in the real estate industry on the finance side. Beginning with residential mortgages and residential real estate - Riley went on to process, manage and originate over $100M in mortgage backed securities. However, Riley found an interest in the commercial sector. Wanting to specialize more on investment side and debt service coverage, Riley began at BLVD Real Estate Investment Co. His experience includes: single tenant transactions; stabilized, core multi–tenant centers; neighborhood, community and power centers; and distressed asset sales throughout the US.
