Raymond Zogob serves as a commercial specialist in the sale and leasing of office and retail property in Northern Arizona. With over 30 years of commercial real estate industry experience, he has worked in a variety of related businesses throughout his career. He has secured over 100 transactions with a sales volume valued at over $200 million since 2005. Prior to co-founding Bloomtree Realty, Zogob served as a commercial real estate specialist for Sperry Van Ness & First American Investments where his focus of interest was investment and land sales, retail leasing, tenant representation and predevelopment analysis. Previously, Zogob was the vice president of Zogob Development, a company that owned and development a variety of commercial property including office, hotel, retail, multifamily and mixed-use property types both domestically and internationally. Additionally, he worked for Pannell Kerr Forster where he specialized in feasibility studies and appraisals, focused on the hospitality industry and consulted lenders and developers throughout the west. Zogob is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers, the National Association of Realtors and the Prescott Area Association of Realtors. He is also a member of Certified Commercial Investment Member and is a candidate of the organization s professional designation. Zogob is a licensed real estate agent in California and Arizona. He graduated magna cum laude from University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Business Administration in liberal arts.
