Rajan Hundal

Rajan joined Lee & Associates in March of 2025 as a Sales Associate. Born and raised in the Greater Vancouver Area, Rajan brings a strong academic background, holding a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia with high distinction and a place on the Dean’s List every year since 2018. He has also completed the Diploma in Urban Land Economics (DULE) from UBC Sauder School of Business, specializing in brokerage. Rajan has previous experience from a multinational brokerage in Vancouver, where he developed extensive experience in business development, market research, prospecting, and deal facilitation. His expertise in underwriting industrial properties, financial analysis, and contract drafting has helped clients make informed investment decisions. Beyond his professional achievements, Rajan has held leadership roles at UBC Residence Services, contributed to community initiatives like the Fraser Valley Crisis Line and AMS Peer Support, and gained diverse experience in sales and customer service. Rajan’s upbringing in competitive sports instilled in him a tenacious work ethic and a commitment to excellence. With a background in customer service from his time at the Fraser Health Crisis line, Rajan prioritizes understanding client needs and focuses on building lasting relationships. Rajan approaches each transaction with integrity. Understanding the owner's perspective, Rajan takes pride in serving in an advisory capacity to ensure optimal outcomes for his clients. In 2022, Rajan earned a bachelor's degree where he graduated with high distinction, then completed a Diploma in Urban Land Economics (DULE) both from The University of British Columbia.
