Pierce Mayson

Prior to joining Matthews, Pierce worked as a retail investment sales broker in Newmark Knight Frank’s southeast capital group. As director, he served as an integral part of the successful completion of several significant retail sales transactions. Before joining Newmark Knight Frank, Pierce spent five years at Lavista Associates, Inc. as a broker leasing retail, office and industrial product in Atlanta. While at Lavista, he also served on teams representing the purchaser in over $35 million worth of land transactions. Pierce’s commitment to his clients’ success shows in his attention to detail and sense of urgency in following a focused, strategic timeline during the sales process. His ultimate goal is the satisfaction of the client, which he achieves by generating viable business solutions through creative development and tactical execution which enhances the transaction process and increases value for his clients. Pierce was also a Managing Director for SRS Real Estate Partners from 2012 until he joined Matthews.
