Philippe Lambert

Philippe Lambert joined the CBRE Quebec City office in January 2015, holding the position of Sales Trainee, Commercial Real Estate Broker. In 2017 Philippe became an Associate, specializing in sales and leasing transactions for office, industrial and commercial properties. To date, Philippe has participated in the closing of 70 transactions totalling more than 3.3 million square feet. His multidisciplinary approach allows him to deal with different product lines efficiently and to provide the utmost service to his clients. Philippe studied business administration and property management. In 2012, he became a member of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ) and now practices as a Commercial Real Estate Broker. He previously worked at Groupe De Bertin as a Commercial Real Estate Broker and at LAMCO Promotion immobilière as a Real Estate Manager. Philippe has over ten years of experience in corporate real estate, including eight in brokerage. His professionalism, versatility, in-depth knowledge of the market and extensive network have earned him an excellent reputation in the Quebec City corporate real estate community.
