
Philip Wellde joined SRS’s Washington, D.C. office in 2021 as part of the Capital Markets team, bringing three years of commercial real estate experience and approaching a decade in the industry. Since joining, he has sold more than 100 properties totaling nearly $300 million in consideration and was honored with the Rising Star Award in recognition of his performance and dedication. Philip is widely recognized by clients for his relentless work ethic and commitment to delivering strong results. Prior to SRS, Philip was with TSCG in Miami, where he specialized in tenant representation, supporting clients with their expansion efforts across Southeast Florida. His responsibilities included deal negotiations, market strategy implementation, site selection, and comprehensive market research. He has represented several national retailers, including Starbucks, Geico, Take 5 Oil Change, and Popeyes.
