Philip Wellde joined SRS in 2021 as an associate in the Washington D.C. office as part of the National Net Lease Group. Most recently with TSCG in Miami, he focused on tenant representation and assisted clients in their Southeast Florida expansions. He handled deal negotiations, implementing market strategy, site selection, and market research, and worked with many national retailers including Starbucks, Geico, Take 5 Oil, and Popeyes. In moving from Miami back to Northern Virginia, Philip will transition from tenant representation to single-tenant investment sales at SRS. Philip is a graduate of Christopher Newport University in Newport News, Va. He is an active member of ICSC. In his free time he enjoys soccer, basketball. A native to northern Virginia, Philip is a D.C. sports team fan.
