Phil Costa is the managing principal and founder of Monopoly Group Real Estate (MGRE). Before launching MGRE, he worked as Vice President for a commercial real estate brokerage firm focusing on investment sales and tenant representation. Phil is passionate about real estate and helping his clients achieve their goals. He is a real estate investor himself and understands the challenges his clients face. Phil is a former starting center for the Dallas Cowboys and earned his MBA from Columbia University. He spends his free time with his wife, Stephanie, and daughter, Camille, as well as their dog, Louis.
