Patrick Powers

Patrick Powers is from Akron, Ohio and grew up working at Pappas Realty Co. He graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Science in Business, majoring in Finance and minoring in Economics. Today he lives in West Akron with his wife Christina and two daughters, Alanna and Estelle. He is a member of the National, State and Local Realtor organizations. As a Broker, Patrick’s experience in valuation, sales and leasing of Commercial Real Estate is a true asset to property owners and investors. His clients in Akron and Northeast Ohio appreciate Patrick’s “professionalism, knowledge and communication”. Contract Negotiation, Valuation, Marketing and Client / Customer Service are just some of Patrick’s assets. Patrick is apart of Pappas as a 3rd generation family member. He is the older brother of Stephen Powers and together they are the Powers Brothers, Commercial Real Estate Team.
