Patrick Nutt joined SRS as executive vice president for the Capital Markets team and market leader in the Fort Lauderdale office in 2019. He is now based in Tampa serving as Senior Managing Principal & Co-Head of National Net Lease, a group of 65 investment sales professionals who in 2024 managed over 600 transactions with an aggregate value of nearly $2.5 Billion in net lease real estate. Patrick has more than 15 years of net-lease-focused experience, primarily representing developers and institutional clients in facilitating the purchase and sale of single and multi-tenant net-leased assets across retail, office, industrial and medical use properties. Over his career, he has personally lead transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $3 billion across more than 650 transactions. Prior to SRS, Patrick was Managing Partner at Calkain Companies where he oversaw the company’s private market brokerage division, collaborated on strategic planning for the company, and served as the company spokesman for public relations and industry events. He has been recognized as a top producer in his career a total of eight times, and every year since 2016. He was also recognized by Florida Trend Magazine as a Top 30 Under 30 in 2008 and as one of Real Estate Forum’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2011.
