
I serve as In-House Counsel for Colorado Hospitality Services, Inc. ("CHS"), a Colorado-based hospitality and commercial real estate ownership entity. In this capacity, I manage the legal and transactional aspects of the company's proprietary commercial real estate portfolio across Colorado markets. CHS is the direct owner and principal of all properties listed on this profile. My role is to facilitate the disposition, acquisition, and leasing of CHS-owned assets on behalf of the company in my capacity as a salaried employee and officer of the ownership entity, not as a licensed real estate broker. CHS acts on its own behalf as principal in all transactions pursuant to C.R.S. § 12-10-201(6)(b)(IV).
