Nick joined Venture in 2021 to work directly with Principal, John Zikos, specializing in investment sales, client representation, project leasing, and retail real estate disposition. Current projects include the redevelopment of the Bryan Municipal Golf Course, the Mayfield Groves development at the SEQ of Mayfield Rd and 161 in Grand Prairie, and an HEB shadow-anchored development in Burleson. Clients include Destination XL, LA Fitness, and Albertsons. As part of the Investment Sales team, Nick assists in brokering several single-tenant and multi-tenant properties, including Bear Creek, an HEB anchored center in Houston, TX; Rosedale Plaza in Fort Worth, TX; Torchy’s Tacos & Aspen Dental in Euless, TX; and Chipotle in Duncanville, TX.
