Nick Bahn

Nick Bahn is a licensed broker and managing partner at Stephen F. Bahn Commercial Real Estate Services. A graduate of Arizona State University, Nick began his career working for GJ Grewe Inc a Walmart preferred shopping center developer throughout Missouri and Illinois. There he was responsible for leasing over 2,000,000 square feet of retail space. Nick has a knack for finding value in underutilized properties. He has completed acquisitions of big box shopping centers, single tenant net lease properties, and represents a select number of retail tenants. Over the past 5 years Nick has started to focus on ground up development projects and seeking out strategic investment opportunities. Nick sits on the board of The Little Bit Foundation, is a member of ICSC, and the Missouri Athletic Club.
