Ned is a founding partner of Founders 3, coming from RFP Commercial, Inc., where he completed over three million square feet of transactions since the company’s inception in 2002. Ned has over 25 years of experience in sales and leasing of office and industrial product in the Milwaukee area. Prior to RFP Commercial, Ned was a partner at Inland Companies, overseeing the office leasing department. His impressive list of clients served includes Transwestern, Wangard Partners, Tishman Speyer, Somerset Properties, Weas Development, Capstone, Towne Realty, Continental Properties, Westminster Funds and many more.
